We try our best to accommodate people with food allergies and special diets. However, at present, Noryak Aventures is not a peanut and nut-free company and we do not have the expertise to accommodate vegans. Please contact us directly to make an arrangement based on your particular needs. We always find solutions to ensure your participation.

For half-day and full day trips :

To confirm your reservation : 100% of total cost is required.

• For cancellations between 15 and 7 days before the activity, we refund 90% of total cost.
• No refund for cancellations at less than 7 days before the activity.
• If the guide cancels the trip in case of bad weather, 100% of the cost is refunded.

For multi-day trips (2 days or more)

• To confirm your reservation: 30% of the total amount is required (non refundable).
• 30 days before departure date, 100 % of total amount is required and no refund is possible in case the participant decides to cancel the trip.
• If the guide cancels the trip in case of bad weather, 100% of the cost is refunded.

Please write to us by email or Messenger if you need to cancel a trip. For multi-day trips, we recommend having a cancellation insurance. Noryak does not cover insurance costs.

Privacy policy

Your email allows us to keep you informed on any changes in our trips and send you promotions. You can, at any time, unsubscribe from our newsletter. We never share email addresses and only store certain essential personal and financial information during our period of operation. For promotional purposes, we may use photos or videos taken during the activities. You can always refuse by mentioning it in the form you will have filled before the activity.
